Are you organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily truck deliveries, manage scheduling logistics, and serve as the communication hub between drivers, plants, and job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and field operations.
• Monitor fleet utilization and adjust schedules as needed.
• Track deliveries and resolve logistical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Comfortable using computer-based dispatch and tracking software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
